Kitchen, Bath, Plumbing and Electrical
Controls in ONE Easily Installed Unit I

The new Ingersoli Utility Unit is designed to furnish small
and medium sized homes with a single, engineered assembly of
fixtures, appliances, controls and fittings for Kitchen, Laundry,
Bathroom, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical Lines. It is quickly
and easily installed — and is adaptable to many different archi-
tectural plans.

THE DELUXE MODEL UTILITY UNIT

Both the Deluxe and Standard Model Utility Unit contain
the same basic mechanical core. The Deluxe unit contains more
storage space, complete laundry facilities and luxury accessories
throughout.

THE STANDARD MODEL UTILITY UNIT

The Standard Model Utility Unit has the same facilities as
the Deluxe unit with the exception of the laundry. It is functional
in design, and is ideal for homes where complete service at
lowest possible cost is desired.

These modern plans show how adaptable the

INGERSOLL UTILITY UNIT is to medium and low cost homes

J. Fletcher Lankton, architect, is the builder and inventor of
the Utility Unit. His organization, J. Fletcher Lankton, John N.
Ziegele and Associates, whose plans appear in this book, has
designed more than $105,000,000 worth of
completed construction, including small homes,
medium cost homes, mass housing and emer-
gency housing. The following plans demonstrate
the complete versatility and practicability of
the Ingersoli Utility Unit in a wide variety of
homes and apartments.
